Strategic Advisory
This includes: 1, 3, and 10 year strategy development, 90-day accountable deliverable setting, team accountability mapping, organisational mapping for ‘current’ and ‘future’ business build, leadership team development, employee and candidate behavioral profiling, (CVP) customer value proposition workshops and client avatar building. Transaction (M&A)
This includes: Helping owners either exit their businesses, derisk with capital raises or inorganic growth through acquisitions. Our team is dedicated to both protecting our clients and helping them navigate these exciting transitions in their companies. We run a full 360 process that ensures our clients can focus on their business while we focus on the transaction, including writing information memorandums, financial modeling and compiling prospective target list. Coaching & Mentoring
